Domestic Shipping

UPS is our primary shipping carrier for domestic orders within the United States.

Shipping charges are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. Orders are generally processed and shipped within 48 business hours after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent by email.

If there are delays due to inventory availability or shipping issues, our team will contact you by phone or email as soon as possible.

Ground shipping delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

If expedited shipping is required, please contact us when placing your order so we can help arrange the most suitable shipping option.

International Shipping

International orders are generally shipped via UPS International or USPS depending on destination and package requirements.

For Canada, Mexico, or other international destinations, please contact us for shipping availability and rate information.

If any merchandise arrives damaged or items are missing due to shipping transit, customers should report the issue directly to the shipping carrier immediately.

Shipping damage claims are the responsibility of the carrier and must be filed promptly according to the carrier’s claim procedures.

If additional assistance is needed, please contact our office within 3 business days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Any carrier address correction fees or re-delivery charges resulting from incorrect shipping information may be charged to the customer.
