Exchange & Return Policy
Dear valued customers, we strive to make our exchange and return process as simple and efficient as possible.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of the invoice date. All merchandise submitted for exchange must meet the following conditions:
- Plastic sleeves must remain on all glasses.
- No tags may be removed or cut off.
- Exchange items must be returned in full dozens.
- Please include a copy of the invoice or write the invoice number clearly inside the package.
- Please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for exchange processing.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns. We appreciate your understanding as these policies are designed for our wholesale business operations.
If merchandise has manufacturing defects, please notify our office within 5 business days of delivery. Otherwise, exchanges may not be processed.
Return Policy
Returns will be accepted within 15–30 days of the invoice date. Once returned merchandise is received and inspected, refunds will be processed as soon as possible.
All returned merchandise must be in the same condition as originally shipped. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all returned merchandise.
Credit card refunds may take approximately 1–4 weeks to appear depending on your financial institution.
Customers may choose either:
- Refund to the original payment method
- Store credit
