We use UPS as our primary shipping carrier for domestic shipment except for Hawaii, Puerto Rico and California. Shipment charges will be estimated by the package weight, size and the destination. We usually process all orders within 48 hours once payment is successfully received. (Except Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). Once an order is shipped, the tracking information should be sent via email. If there are any delays, we will notify our customers by phone or email. Please note that ground shipping dates are estimates and are not guaranteed dates. If express shipping is needed, please inform us when you place the order. We will always try our best to find the right shipment method for our customers.
For international shipments, we mostly use UPS International or USPS(US Postal Office) for Canada and Mexico. Please contact us to inquire about specific locations, shipping and other information.
Please note: Freight damages & claims are the responsibility of the carrier and should be reported to them directly. To report any damages or missing items from transit, call UPS at 1-800-pick-UPS to file a claim. If you need further assistance, please feel free to contact our office within 3 business days of delivery. Any address correction will result a fee of $15 and the fee will be charged to the order.
