Exchange & Return Policy
Exchanges and returns will be accepted within 15 days of the invoice date. All reported merchandise/orders for exchanges and returns should:
* Have all plastic sleeves on all glasses;
* Have complete undamaged Tags (no cut tags)
* Have a copy of the invoice attached
* Be in full dozens
Please note that the exchange and return process is usually completed in 10-14 days.
We do not refund any shipping fees. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges and returns. If the products have manufacture defects, please report the defects to our office within 5 business days of delivery. If the damages are not reported within 5 days of delivery, we won’t be able to process your exchange or return claims.
Return items will be accepted within 15 to 30 days of the invoice date. We will issue a refund as soon as we confirm that all merchandise are received and meet policy conditions. Please note that a 20% Restocking fee will be charged to all returned merchandise without a proper invoice. Credit card refunds will be completed within 2 to 4 weeks depending on your bank. Please note that there are two options for your reimbursement. We offer credit card refunds or store credits that you can be applied to your future orders with us!
