Exchange & Return Policy
Dear valued customers, our return and exchange policies unlike your imagination so much trouble!
Exchange will be accepted within 15 days of the invoice date. All merchandise for exchanging have to meet these conditions:
•Make sure plastic sleeves on all glasses;
•No tags are cut off;
•The exchange items have to be full dozens;
•Either put the invoice copy or invoice inside of the package (but all the invoices should have the invoice number on it). This is considered a courtesy for our valued customers.
•Please allow us to process the exchange in 1-2 weeks.
Unfortunately, we do not refund any shipping fee. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges or returns. Thank you for you understanding that the policy is made for we are the wholesale business.
If the products are manufacturing defects, please report to our office within 5 business days of delivery. Otherwise the exchange could not be processed.
Return items will be accepted within 15 to 30 days of the invoice date. Once we receive the merchandise, we will do the refund as soon as possible. However, all returned merchandise has to be the same condition as we shipped. And we really sorry to inform you that A 20% RESTOCKING FEE will be charged to all returned merchandise without the invoice. A credit card refund could take us 1 to 4 weeks to issue it depending on your financial institution. Again, we do not refund any shipping fee.
Please note: You could have two options to get your refunds, either you can choose a credit card refund OR you can do the issue of store credit.
